Windows System Event (7038): A service was unable to log on with the currently configured password. Check the health and configurations of the service.

This means something is wrong with the configured password for the service OR that the service itself is malfunctioning. Investigate the host to ensure that the correct credentials are being used and/or that the service itself is functioning correctly.
