Build Notes
First iteration is for C4 and C5 only. Packages are going into the [atomic-testing] channel
ossim package
- BUG: for el5 and above, they have libgda 3+ available. This is not compatible with ossim
need a compat lib
- Is this package really noarch?

base-ossim patch received. Package needs to be updated with it
el4 (only thing tested so far) errors against:
Installing: phpgacl ###################### [27/40]warning: user mockbuild does not exist - using root
- just need to update phpgacl's attr
python-pycurl
Based on the PLD version. We should probably use the Fedora design.
- Naming convention is wrong, this should be python-curl
- x86_64 builds are failing
