Configuring a remote ASL database

To install the ASL database on a remote data base server follow these steps:
Step 1)
On the system that has ASL installed, run this command as the root user:
asl -c
Step 2) When prompted for advanced database configuration, select yes
Advanced database configuration? (yes/no) [Default: no ]: yes
Step 3) You will be prompted for the remote database server, database name, username and password.
The user must have privileges to create databases.
